Stamping

A variety of stamped and deep drawn parts can be produced on over 120 mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic presses up to 600 ton capacity. Our in-house tool and die facility provides precision tooling for both simple and complex metal parts.

We specialize in prototyping, one of a kind specials to large production runs; producing parts from aerospace alloys including stainless steels, nickel alloys, titanium, aluminum, etc. Other secondary operations include blanking, piercing, coining and swaging.

Stamping

Stamping presses with capacity up to 300 tons, with shut heights up to 25 -1/4 inch.

Coining

Coining presses with capacity to 600 tons.

Shearing

Shears with capacity to 0.250 inches thick and 120 inches in length.
