Our Commitment to Quality
The Voss Industries, Inc. Management Team is committed
to the implementation and maintenance of quality policies and procedures at
all levels of the company. The Management Team also ensures that these
policies meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations, so that our
customers will be supplied the best quality products and services. Continuous
improvement and preventative methods have become the basis and foundation of
the Quality Policies and Procedures.
The quality policies are stated in the Voss Quality Manual. The
Quality Manual contains the policies and procedures necessary to achieve an
organized and planned approach toward our quality objectives. The Quality
Manual has been designed and accredited to ISO 9001:2000, AS9100B and CFR14,
Part 21.
The quality policies governed by Voss Industries'
Business Operating System's Quality Manual apply to the entire company with
regard to design and manufacturing of aerospace, automotive,defense
and industrial products. Voss Industries, Inc. does not provide "after
sales services". After sales service does not apply to the Quality
Manual.

Quality Control
Voss Industries' approach to manufacturing process control is based on
the best industrial and inspection practices to ensure our customers the
highest quality products.
Examples of best practices used are Statistical Process
Control (SPC), die and fixture control techniques, cellular and lean
manufacturing concepts, 5S and gauge control.
Inspection capabilities include fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI), coordinate measuring machine
(CMM), optical comparators (up to 30"), mechanical destructive testing,
such as Knoop and Rockwell hardness, tensile,
stress rupture, axial fatigue, torque and bend testing. Additionally, Voss
Industries utilizes Johnson thread gauging systems, in-house inspection
design and over 1,200 standard measuring tools and equipment. |
