Voss has been producing
roll-formed shapes for over 30 years, currently specializing in roll-formed
rings. We design and produce all tooling in house for both symmetrical
and non-symmetrical ring cross sections in diameters up to 16 feet
for industrial, military and aerospace usage.
Custom
roll-formed rings and straight shapes are made from various materials
with thicknesses ranging from 0.020 to 0.186 inch.

Advantages:
Once
the shape is established, range of diameters is virtually infinite,
since parts are "coiled to size" on the rolling mill.
If the desired shape were to be stamped, a new set of tooling would
be required to produce each size. |
